About Responder Life
Introduction
Life as a first responder family is no walk in the park.
First responders — firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians, 911 dispatchers, and other first-on-scene government employees — deal with frequent exposure to dangerous and traumatic events. Over time, the spiritual and psychological effects of this exposure can undermine faith, family, and financial stability through depression, survivor's guilt, compassion fatigue, hyper-vigilance.... The list of devastating effects goes on.

The Responder Life online community exists to provide first responder families with relevant content and family-oriented events through which they can experience Christ and find the strength and wisdom to lead healthier lives with happier families and more fulfilling careers. If each first responder family who experienced the healing power of a personal relationship with Christ shared their faith with others in their first responder community, imagine how many broken, hurting families could find peace and hope!
So take some time to see what we — and most of all Christ — have to offer your family. Let us know how we can better serve you. And please, tell a
friend about us!
Welcome to the Responder Life community!
